By submitting a registration, paying any Deposit or Fees, or otherwise enrolling a Student in a Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms may only be accepted by a parent or legal guardian with authority to bind the Student, and by doing so you represent that you have that authority and that you have explained the relevant portions of these Terms and the Code of Conduct to the Student.

“Website” means www.forefronteducation.com and any successor domain operated by Forefront.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
2.1 Programs are open to Students within the age range published for the relevant Program on the Website. Forefront may, in its sole discretion, accept a Student whose birthday falls within twelve (12) months of the advertised age range.
2.2 All registrations must be submitted by a Student's parent or legal guardian, or by an authorized Educational Consultant acting on their behalf. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until Forefront has received the Deposit (or full Fees, where applicable) and issued written confirmation.
2.3 You must complete a “Health & Consent Form” providing accurate and complete information, including emergency contact details, medical information, and any other information Forefront reasonably requires. If this information is not provided by the applicable deadline, or is incomplete or inaccurate, Forefront may decline to admit the Student or may end this agreement without refund.
2.4 Forefront may, in its reasonable discretion and in consultation with you, decline or withdraw a place where information provided indicates that attendance would not be safe or appropriate for the Student or other participants. Where Forefront declines a place on this basis prior to the Program Start Date and through no fault of the Student or family (i.e., the information was accurately and timely provided), Forefront will refund the Fees paid.
2.5 All aspects of the Program are delivered in English. Students must be sufficiently proficient in written and spoken English to participate in group discussions, negotiation exercises, and presentations conducted in English. Forefront will not provide a refund for a Student's failure to participate due to insufficient English proficiency.
3. Program Fees, Deposit and Payment
3.1 The Program Fee, Deposit, and any charges for Accommodation or Additional Services are as published on the Website at the time of registration and are payable in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Where a Deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable except as expressly set out in Section 4. The balance of the Fees is due by the payment deadline stated at registration or on your confirmation (the “Payment Due Date”). Where a Student registers after the Payment Due Date, full payment is required at the time of registration.
3.3 Payment may be made by the methods offered at checkout. Card-processing and wire-transfer fees, and any losses arising from currency conversion, are your responsibility. Fees paid do not include international or domestic travel to and from the Venue unless expressly stated.
3.4 If any payment is not received by the applicable due date, Forefront may treat the Student's place as forfeited and may release it to another applicant, without liability to you and without refund of any amount already paid.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@forefronteducation.com. A cancellation takes effect on the date Forefront receives it.
4.2 The Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including where Forefront cancels a Student's place under Section 8 (Code of Conduct) or Section 2.3.
4.3 Refunds of the Program Fee (Educational Services only) are available only where the Program Fee has been paid in full, according to the following schedule for the applicable Program year:
- Cancellation notice received on or before March 1: 50% of the Program Fee refunded.
- Cancellation notice received between March 2 – April 1: 25% of the Program Fee refunded.
- Cancellation notice received after April 1, or on or after the Program Start Date, or where the Student does not attend or withdraws early: 0% refunded.
4.4 No refunds or credits are available at any time for amounts paid for Accommodation or Additional Services, except where Forefront cancels the Program in its entirety under Section 5.
4.5 No refund is available where only part-payment or a Deposit has been made; a refund can only be calculated against Fees paid in full. Forefront strongly recommends that you obtain travel and tuition-protection insurance to cover the risk of cancellation; no refund will be made to the extent such insurance is reasonably available to cover your loss.
4.6 If Forefront ends this agreement because you have failed to make a payment when due or have breached these Terms (see Section 8), no refund will be made.
4.7 Where Forefront cancels a Program in its entirety for reasons within its control (other than for the reasons in Section 8 or 2.3), you will receive a full refund of all Fees paid, and this will be your sole and exclusive remedy; Forefront will not be responsible for any related costs you have incurred, including travel.
4.8 Where Forefront cancels a Program in its entirety because of a Force Majeure Event (as described in Section 20.5), Forefront will not be obligated to refund any Fees paid; instead, Forefront will offer you a credit of equivalent value toward a future Forefront Program. This will be your sole and exclusive remedy, and Forefront will not be responsible for any related costs you have incurred, including travel.
5. Changes to the Program
5.1 Program details are published in good faith based on information available at the time. Forefront reserves the right to make any alterations to the Program, including its Venue, housing, dates, transportation, food arrangements, activities, speakers, mentors, timetable, and content, and to substitute in-person elements with virtual delivery, as it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary or desirable. Forefront will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
5.2 Forefront accepts no liability for losses arising from changes made under this Section, and such changes do not entitle you to a refund or to any enhanced refund beyond the schedule set out in Section 4. Any additional costs arising from such changes shall be borne by you.
6. Health, Medical Information and Emergency Treatment
6.1 You agree to provide Forefront, on the Health & Consent Form and prior to the Program Start Date, full and complete disclosure as per the questions asked in that form, including but not limited to all medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, medications currently or recently prescribed (whether or not administered during the Program), and any professional counseling or behavioral support received by the Student within the preceding 48 months, and any other information relevant to the Student's safe participation and emotional or physical well-being. You must promptly update Forefront in writing if this information changes before the Program Start Date.
6.2 You authorize Forefront's staff and its designated medical, accommodation, and venue partners to arrange or administer first aid, and to obtain emergency medical, dental, or surgical treatment (including anaesthesia) for the Student from a licensed physician or hospital, if in the reasonable judgment of Forefront staff such treatment is necessary and you cannot be reached in time. You agree to be responsible for the cost of any such treatment not covered by insurance.
6.3 Failure to disclose information required under Section 6.1 in writing may result in the Student's dismissal from the Program under Section 8, without refund.
6.4 You and the Student attest that the Student is sufficiently well, physically and mentally, to participate in the Program. If the Student has been unwell prior to the Program, you agree to notify Forefront prior to arrival so that Forefront can assess suitability for participation and put appropriate support in place if required.
7. Assumption of Risk, Consent to Participate and Release of Liability
7.1 You understand that participation in the Program involves inherent risks, including travel, physical activity, and residing away from home, and, on behalf of yourself and the Student, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release, discharge, and hold harmless Forefront, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and the Venue, Accommodation, and transport providers engaged by Forefront (together, the “Forefront Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the Student's participation in the Program, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Forefront Party.
7.2 This release applies to all Program activities and any incidental activities organized by Forefront, whether at the Venue, at Accommodation, or during any excursion or transfer.
7.3 I give my specific consent to the Student's participation in all Program activities, including use of Program technology and AI-related tools; day excursions within New York City organized by Forefront; and travel by contracted or public transportation between the residential venue, the Program venue, and excursion sites. To the extent permissible by law, I authorize Forefront to sign any waivers or permission forms necessary for the Student's participation in these activities.
8. Code of Conduct and Dismissal
8.1 Forefront may refuse to admit, or may remove from the Program, any Student who engages in undesirable behavior, which includes but is not limited to breach of the Code of Conduct or these Terms, abusive, violent, harassing, or dishonest conduct (including academic dishonesty), possession or use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons, or any other conduct that Forefront reasonably considers unsafe, seriously disruptive, or damaging to the interests of Forefront or other participants.
8.2 Removal under this Section is without refund of any Fees and without liability to Forefront for any resulting costs, including the Student's return travel, which will be your responsibility.
8.3 If a Student is dismissed under this Section, Forefront will notify the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree to collect the Student in person within three (3) hours' driving distance of the Program venue, or to designate in writing an adult aged 21 or over to collect and accompany the Student home. Where the Student's family resides outside commuting distance, Forefront will arrange return travel in its sole discretion, and the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree to be present (or to designate an adult 21 or over to be present) to receive the Student at the arrival point on the itinerary Forefront selects.
8.4 All costs associated with a dismissal under this Section — including but not limited to transportation, change fees, and accompaniment — are the responsibility of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s). No fees paid are refundable following a dismissal under this Section, and Section 4 does not apply to a dismissal. Supervision responsibility for the Student ends upon removal from the Program.
9. Student Obligations, Personal Property and Financial Liability
9.1 The Student agrees to attend all Program sessions punctually, to follow the reasonable instructions of Forefront staff and Venue staff, to comply with the Code of Conduct and applicable health and safety rules, and to refrain from unauthorized recording of sessions, mentors, or other Students.
9.2 Students are responsible for their own personal belongings. Forefront does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property, and Students are advised to keep valuables secured at all times.
9.3 Forefront, the Venue, and Venue staff have no supervisory responsibility for a Student outside the published Program hours, including before the Program Start Date, after the Program End Date, or outside the start/end times of any transfer service.
9.4 The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree to reimburse Forefront within ten (10) days of invoice for: loss or damage to Accommodation, equipment, or property caused by the Student; lost access cards, keys, or Program materials; and any medical costs, fees, or charges incurred by Forefront on the Student's behalf that are not otherwise covered by insurance. Forefront is not financially responsible for a Student's lost or damaged personal property.
10. Photo, Video and Media Release
10.1 You grant Forefront a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to photograph, film, and record the Student during the Program and to use, reproduce, and publish such images, footage, and the Student's first name and general location (e.g., city/state) in Forefront's marketing, website, social media, and promotional materials, without further compensation or approval.
10.2 If you do not wish the Student to be included, you must notify Forefront in writing before the Program Start Date; Forefront will use reasonable efforts to accommodate this but cannot guarantee a Student's exclusion from incidental group footage.
11. Third-Party Providers
11.1 Accommodation, catering, venue, and transport services are provided by independent third parties engaged by Forefront in advance of the Program. Forefront uses reasonable care in selecting these providers but does not control, and cannot guarantee, their day-to-day performance, and its liability for their acts or omissions is limited as set out in Section 15.
11.2 Any feedback on third-party facilities or services should be directed to Forefront, which will pass it on to the relevant provider.
12. Immigration Status and Travel
12.1 It is your responsibility to ensure the Student holds valid immigration status permitting attendance at the Program in the United States, and to allow sufficient time to obtain any visa or travel authorization required. Forefront does not guarantee visa approval.
12.2 Forefront will not issue any invitation letter or documentation to support a visa application until it has received the Fees in full, in cleared funds.
13. Insurance
13.1 All Students, and in particular Students traveling from outside the United States, must maintain comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering the full period of the Program, including any pre- or post-Program travel. Proof of coverage may be required before the Program Start Date.
14. Intellectual Property
14.1 All curriculum materials, simulations, branding, and any Program deliverable provided to a Student, including any assessment report, scorecard, letter, or roadmap issued at the conclusion of a Program (a “Forefront Report”), remain the intellectual property of Forefront, save that the Student may retain and use their own personal copy of a Forefront Report for personal, non-commercial purposes such as university or employment applications.
14.2 A Forefront Report reflects Forefront staff's observations of a Student's actions during the Program and is provided for informational purposes; it is not a guarantee of any future academic, university admissions, or career outcome.
14.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes; No Academic Credit or Certification. The Program is an experiential enrichment activity. It does not confer any academic credit, degree, diploma, license, or professional certification, and completion of the Program does not by itself qualify a Student for any professional designation. Forefront does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that participation in the Program will result in any particular academic, university admissions, employment, or career outcome, including with respect to college applications, scholarships, internships, or job offers. Any outcomes referenced on the Website or in marketing materials, including alumni or past-participant testimonials, illustrate individual experiences only and are not typical or guaranteed results.
14.4 Nature of the Program. The Program is a simulated, curriculum-based educational experience developed and curated by Forefront. It is not an internship, work placement, apprenticeship, or work experience, and does not constitute employment with, or work experience at, any company, bank, law firm, or other organization. No reference on the Website or in Program materials to a professional context, industry, or role is intended, or should be understood, to represent that the Student was employed by, placed with, or given work experience at any such organization.
14.5 No Endorsement. Except as separately and expressly agreed in writing, no bank, law firm, private equity firm, hedge fund, company, professional body, or other organization named, depicted, or referenced in connection with a Program has reviewed, approved, sponsored, or endorsed that Program, and nothing on the Website or in Program materials should be understood to imply otherwise.
14.6 Curriculum and Faculty. The scenarios, simulations, and case studies used in a Program are developed and curated by Forefront, and are adapted from, or designed to reflect, the general type of work encountered in the relevant profession; they do not reproduce any actual client matter, deal, or confidential information of any employer. Professionals who teach, coach, or mentor on a Program do so in a personal capacity, outside the scope of their regular employment, and their participation does not represent the views, endorsement, or involvement of their employer.
14.7 Venues. Venues used for a Program are hired or licensed by Forefront for the duration of the Program. Reference to a Venue by name or address does not mean that any company, bank, law firm, or other organization referenced in connection with the Program occupies, operates from, or is otherwise associated with that Venue.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 7.3, the aggregate liability of the Forefront Parties arising out of or relating to a Program will not exceed the total Fees actually paid by you for that Program.
15.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Forefront Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost travel costs, arising out of or relating to a Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
15.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the liability of Forefront for death or personal injury arising from our own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
16. Indemnification
16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Forefront Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) the Student's breach of the Code of Conduct or these Terms, or (b) the Student's willful or reckless acts causing injury to another person or damage to property during the Program, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Forefront Party.
17. Privacy
17.1 Personal information you and the Student provide is handled in accordance with Forefront's Privacy Policy, which describes what information Forefront collects, how it is used and shared, and your rights, including with respect to Students under 18.
18. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
18.1 You and Forefront agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or a Program (a “Dispute”) will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, rather than in court, except as set out below.
18.2 Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in small claims court, and either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
18.3 CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Disputes must be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
18.4 Right to Opt Out: You may opt out of this Section 18 by sending written notice to hello@forefronteducation.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, neither you nor Forefront is required to arbitrate, and Section 19 governs venue.
18.5 This Section 18 does not apply to claims for a Student's personal injury or wrongful death to the extent binding pre-dispute arbitration of such claims is unenforceable under applicable law; such claims may be brought in the courts identified in Section 19.
18.6 This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. If any part of this Section 18 (other than the class action waiver) is found unenforceable, the remainder of this Section will still apply; if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire Section 18 will be null and void as to that Dispute, and Section 19 will govern.
19. Governing Law and Venue
19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
19.2 Subject to Section 18, the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any Dispute not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
20. General Provisions
20.1 Assignment. Forefront may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, including to an affiliate or successor entity, and will notify you in writing if it does so; this will not affect your rights under these Terms.
20.2 No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated, no person other than you, the Student, and Forefront has any right to enforce these Terms.
20.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
20.4 No Waiver. Forefront's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
20.5 Force Majeure. Forefront is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, extreme weather, pandemic, war, terrorism, or governmental action.
20.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Program-specific forms referenced in Section 7.5, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forefront regarding the Program and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
20.7 Amendment. Forefront may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your registration governs that registration, except where a change is required by law or is necessary for safety.
20.8 Notices. Notices to Forefront should be sent to hello@forefronteducation.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email or postal address provided at registration.
20.9 Right to Limit Enrollment. Forefront reserves the right to limit enrollment or cancel a cohort due to insufficient or overwhelming enrollment.
20.10 Contact. Questions or complaints about a Program should be directed to hello@forefronteducation.com.
